Our staff are our most valuable asset. Ensuring they have the correct tools, training and support to work in a safe manner is key to everything we do. Network Rail's Safety Vision and Life Saving Rules are at the core of our business.
Environment
With a work bank covering the whole of the UK it is inevitable we will create an environmental impact due to travel and accommodation but we seek to minimise this wherever possible.
Since 2017 we have made use of local serviced offices based within project locations to reduce lengthy daily commutes for staff on those schemes.
Hcomm are currently upgrading the 10 vehicle fleet to new lower emission diesel vans.
Moving forward our aim is to replace all small vans with Outlander PHEV within 12 months and our next van renewal will be based around hybrid vehicles.
